Set a new password

Use the link in the reset e-mail to set a new password. First ask for the link. See Reset your password.

Steps

  1. Open the link in the reset e-mail.
  2. In New password, type a new password. Use at least 12 characters. Do not use a common password, for example password123.
  3. Type the same password in Repeat new password.
  4. Caution: The next step ends all your sessions on all devices. Select Save the new password.
  5. On the sign-in page, sign in with the new password.

Do not use your e-mail address or the address of your workspace in the password. The system does not accept such a password.

Result

The system shows the sign-in page with the message "Your password changed. Sign in with the new password."

If the link does not work

The link does not work after you use it, after it expires, or when a newer link replaces it. Select Ask for a new link. Then do the steps in Reset your password.
