Change the language, the theme and the menu position

Each user can change the language and the colours of the screens. The button is in the top bar and on the sign-in page.

Steps

1. Select the language button. The button shows the current language: En or اردو.
2. Under Language, select English or اردو.
3. Select the language button again.
4. Under Theme, select a theme: Same as device, Light, Dark, Gray or Blue.

The position of the menu

After you sign in, the same button has the Menu section.

1. Select the language button.
2. Under Menu, select Menu at the side or Menu at the top.

With Menu at the top, a bar under the top bar has one button for each group. Select a button to see the pages of the group. On a phone or a narrow window, the menu is always at the side. A workspace administrator sets the default position on the Settings page.

Result

The screens change at once. A check mark shows the current language and the current theme. In Urdu, the pages show from right to left.

When you are signed in, the system keeps your choice for your user. Same as device uses the light or the dark setting of your device.
