Acceptable use policy
Version 0.1 (DRAFT), 5 November 2026. This text is a draft. It can change before the service starts for paying customers.
This policy is part of the terms of service. It tells what the users of a workspace must not do with Taraazu.
1. Do not misuse the service
- Do not use the service for a purpose that the law of Pakistan does not permit, for example fraud, money laundering or false accounts for the tax authorities.
- Do not put data into the service that you do not have the right to use.
- Do not upload a file that contains malware.
2. Do not attack the service
- Do not try to get access to another workspace, or to data or functions that your permissions do not give you.
- Do not test the security of the service (for example a scan or a penetration test) without our written permission.
- Do not send a very large number of requests, and do not use automated tools that put a heavy load on the service.
- Do not copy or try to find the source code of the service.
3. Keep the accounts safe
- Do not share a user account. Give each person a user account of his or her own.
- Keep the passwords and the second sign-in step secret.
- Tell us immediately if you think that another person uses an account of your workspace.
4. What we can do
If a user does not obey this policy, we can stop the access of the user or of the workspace. When it is possible, we tell a workspace administrator before we do it. For a risk to the service or to other customers, we can stop the access immediately.
5. Language
The Urdu text is a translation. If the two texts do not agree, the English text applies.
